Job Description: Requirements:
- License Civil Engineer or BS Civil Engineering Graduate
- Must have a Technical writing skills
- Proficient in Technical writing and reporting
- Proficient in CADD, MS Office and Photoshop
- Has strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
- High degree of attention to details and highly analytically
- Can work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Requires a strong task work experience and task reporting methodologies
- Preferably 3-4 years experience specializing in Engineering- Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

Job Description:
- Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs
- Negotiate and draw up bids for tenders and contracts
- Monitor each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts
- Provide financial progress reports to clients
- Advise clients on legal and contractual matters
- Assess the financial costs of new environmental guidelines, for example, on the use of timber from sustainable supplies
- Prepare in-house estimates, derive cost, valuate variation order and analyze financial bids
