•Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
•Progress claim assistance and external variations
•Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
•Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
•Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
•Administer the project HSE system.
