Cebu, a great place to visit!

Cebu is a province in the Philippines which consists of Cebu Island and 167 surrounding Islands.

Going to cebu by plane, you can take any of the major airlines operating in the Philippines.




By plane, you will land in Mactan International Airport. from there, you can take a taxi to almost any destination.

A nice mall to visit there in Cebu City, which has had extensive renovation and expansion is the AYALA Mall.

Ayala mall has stylishly set up their mall to provide their customers with ample spaces like parks and waterfalls where they can relax, eat or have coffee.

If you are in Ayala Mall and looking for a place to eat at an affordable price, you might want to try out the Sunburst Chicken.






Cebuano's are surprisingly ( for those that haven't been there) very warm and accommodating. Foreigners will have an easy time in Cebu, as the majority of the Cebuano's speak and write great English!




Recently, ( to me, since the last time I was in cebu was a couple of years back ) Cebu has put up a couple of new zones. The Business Park and The IT Park.



If ever you are in the IT Park and looking for a place to eat and drink, you might want to try these places:




Casa Verde Great  Food!!. Try the baby back ribs.

Captain A's - Food was okay - the beers at 250 per bucket of 6


VIP's - Didnt get to try the food -only the beers.

Or if you want to go to SM Malls and eat try the Chika-an. Great food at amazing prices.

Also, a must try for first timers in Cebu  in the rice in the pu-so.

If ever you are in Cebu, one of the must visit places is the IT park. Try the food at Casa Verde.

It boasts a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from.




The area is well secured with security guards and a variety of choices for eating and drinking.

One must try place is the CASA VERDE restaurant near Skyrise 3 Building.

Dishes to try are the following:

Baby back Ribs -Great tasting - one of the best that I've tried.



Chicken






 

Chicken Again



Nachos

Try eating at Sunburst Chicken Restaurant in Cebu

Ever been in Cebu? Planning on going to Cebu? make sure you drop by and try eating at SunBurst Chicken.




They have a couple of branches in Cebu. Some of that we saw were in Mango Square and in Ayala Mall Cebu.




Try their Chicken Pancit combo.

1 Rice

Pancit

2 Pcs chicken

and 4 small pcs of lumpiang shanghai




Pricewise, their meals are very affordable.



If you get thirsty, they also have bottomless iced tea.

Chikaan Sa Cebu!

This is not about rumors or Tsismis. Its a Restaurant named Chikaan sa Cebu that we ate at in Cebu City. Located inside SM located near BO's  coffee shop at the ground floor.

Its a good restaurant. Food tastes great and the prices and okay.

A full lunch cost us 675 php.
